Heather Peale was raised in the rolling foothills of Atlanta, Georgia where she began horseback riding at an early age. She quickly became a champion Dressage rider competing into her early twenties. When Heather’s family began spending their summer vacations in Cape Cod, she realized how much she loved the wind and the waves of the Cape, not to mention the beautiful beaches and warm sun.
As a young adult, Heather moved to Florida in 1988 hoping to find the same attractions she had enjoyed every summer in Cape Cod. Heather traveled the extremes of Florida, living in Panama City, Pompano and Pensacola before discovering that Cape Coral had everything she was looking for! The sun was warm…and there were miles and miles of waterfront homes with boats docked and ready at a moments notice! The nearby beaches of Sanibel and Captiva Island were spectacular with the best shelling and sunsets ever!
Now, a 24 year resident of Florida, Heather loves spending time on the water with her husband Doug and children Bailey and Briggs. Whenever the sun is shining, she can be found on the water, whether it’s cruising, kayaking or her latest passion stand up paddle boarding.
Heather’s glass is always “half full”. Her bubbly, outgoing personality is infectious! She truly is a pleasure to be around. This attribute makes her a natural in the service industry. Her experience is vast, from working on sailboat charters to the food service industry to interior decorating to Flight Attendant at Delta Air Lines, where she met her husband, Doug, Heather has done it all!
Heather and Doug became licensed Realtors in 2009 and partnered as the Peale Team so they could share their expertise with others looking to find their piece of paradise in Southwest Florida. A graduate of Massachusetts Maritime Academy, licensed Merchant Marine Officer, retired US Navy pilot, and International Pilot at Delta Air Lines, Doug brings much to the table. Their complimentary styles, local knowledge and travel experience make them invaluable in achieving the best results whatever the situation.
